  Denver Zoo Free Days (Colorado residents only), November 3rd, November 14th, and November 20th, at the Denver Zoo located in City Park, 2300 Steele Street. The Denver Zoo spans over 75 acres and is home to over 4,000 animals including elephants, komodo dragons, giraffes, wolves, and more!  

Denver Botanic Garden free days, Chatfield location (Colorado residents only) November 4th, located at 8500 West Deer Creek Canyon Road.  Littleton facilities include nature trails, a wildlife observation area, display Gardens, educational exhibits, a historical farm, a 19th century one room school house, working bee hives and picnic areas.
 
Denver Botanic Garden free days, York Street location November 8th, November 14th, November 15th, 1007 York Street. This location is settled on a 23 acre oasis in the middle of the city with 45 different gardens.

    Molly Brown House free day, November 11th.  The Molly Brown House Museum, 1340 Pennsylvania Street. Learn all about the Unsinkable Molly Brown during this free day!
  Southwest rink at Skyline Park, November 25th 2014 through February 16th 2015 at the corner of 16th and Arapaho. The Southwest Rink at Skyline Park is free and open to the public with the option to bring your own skates or rent a pair at a minimum price. Ice skating fun for the whole family!  
Grand Illumination of downtown Denver, November 28th, with several different locations in the downtown Denver area including; the beautiful lighting display at the City and County Building, Larimer Square, Denver Pavilions, Denver Union Station, the 16th Street Mall and Skyline Park. Downtown's unique holiday atmosphere is sure to get you in the holiday spirit.
  9 News Parade of Lights, December 5th, 8 p.m. & December 6th, 6 p.m. In downtown Denver. The 9 news Parade of Lights is the signature event of the downtown Denver holiday season with countless sparkling lights, marching bands, giant balloons, majestic floats and more! Viewing along the parade route is free and grandstand tickets are sold for seating in front of the beautifully illuminated City and County building.
