Facebook Can Inspire

I know a lot of people who relieve themselves of social media because of all the drama.  I agree that it exists, but it doesn't have to.  I use Facebook daily in my personal life and in my business.  Everyday I can't wait to see the posts from the positive friends I have.  They inspire me everyday to take action, be better and do better.  They also remind me that we're all human, but we all have the potential to be exceptional!  Here's a picture of my friend Melissa who I have known since high school.  She has gone through many ups and downs, and now she's an extremely successful Beachbody Coach!  Here's a transformation picture of her taken only 1 year a part:
