Have you had those dreams about owning your own home? Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to decorate landscape and personalize your home the way you want rather than having your landlord tell you what color you have to settle for?

Well, you may be closer than you think!
There is a program still available for the person(s) who would love to purchase a home but might not have enough to cover the down payment required to obtain a home mortgage loan.
One in particular is the Aurora HOAP or Home Ownership Assistance Program. Founded in 1984, the city of Aurora, Colorado has been committed to making home ownership a reality for low and moderate income families.
There are, however, some eligibility guidelines the borrower is required to meet for the program. The best way to get started is by choosing a good lender that is familiar with and has closed many loans with Aurora HOAP.

With a little time and effort you could be on your way to buying your future home.
For more information about the entire program, please contact me.
