Denver Metro Housing Prices Fluxuate

The excitement and exhaustion of rising home prices is starting to level out according to the following article in the Denver post.  I believe this is great news for buyers and sellers all around.  Sellers can still get a decent price for their home while buyers can purchase a property at a more reasonable price.  The interesting fact is that this is only on homes...the price of condos is actually increasing!  The Denver Metro market is an interesting place.  Check it out!
