Denver Colorado Rental Pricing

Rents in the Denver Metro Area are SKYROCKETING, and they just won't stop!  According to the Trulia Rental Monitor Denver rental pricing has increased 13.1% year-over-year and this puts Denver ranked No. 4 of the top 25 rental markets in the country at an average rental price on a 2 bedroom apartment being a whopping $1,550 monthly.  Sure we all love to live and play in Colorado, but seriously QUIT paying the price!
Everyone says, buy now!  But really at a similar monthly payment for rent on your apartment you could get into a $300,000 home.  With all of the grant and down payment assistance programs out there, you might have to provide VERY LITTLE upfront.
