Denver Area Rents Continue To Climb At Almost 3 Times The National Average
For those renting across the Denver Metro area, it doesn't look like there will be any relief coming in 2015 regarding rental rates. Denver holds the third highest gain in January of 2015 following just behind San Francisco and San Jose California.
Denver area rental rates are showing a 10.2% increase in the new year, with the majority of the nation standing somewhere around a 3% increase in 2015. OUCH!
