Consider The Monument Area When Working In The Denver Tech Center

Has the inflated housing market in metro Denver have you feeling depressed?  Is your dream home now out of reach because of ever increasing real estate prices?  Tired of staring at the sun as you drive east to the DTC in the morning and back west to Lakewood, Golden, or Evergreen in the evening?  Do you want to be close to the mountains and be out of the city, but still have a decent commute?

What about the Monument / Tri-Lakes area between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs?  Covering the extreme northern end of El Paso county, the communities of Monument, Palmer Lake, Woodmoor, and unincorporated parts of northern El Paso county boast the second highest-rated school district over 1000 students in the state: Lewis-Palmer 38.
Want access to the mountains after work?  From Palmer Lake you can hike directly up into the Pike National Forest.  From anywhere in the Tri-Lakes region you are not more than 15 minutes from the mountains.  Does the summer heat make you grumpy?  Ranging in elevation from 6800 to over 7500 feet, the area is dominated by ponderosa pines, aspen trees, and dark nights where you can see the stars again.  A 1 acre home with over 3000 square feet for $350,000?  Not in Evergreen.  Not in metro Denver.  But, yes here.  Tired of ridiculous golf and membership initiation fees in metro Denver?  Want a Country club community?  Check out the indoor/outdoor pools, indoor tennis, and 18 hole championship golf course at Monument Hill Country Club that you can enjoy golf for a little more than $100 a month or all of the amenities for about $250 a month.
Want low property taxes?  The Tri-Lakes area has property taxes about 1/3 cheaper than neighboring Douglas County.  With an easier to commute to Meridian or the southern end of the Denver Tech Center, then much of metro Denver, the reasons to consider the Tri-Lakes are endless.  Come check out the quiet side -- while still giving yourself easy access to Colorado Springs and Denver.  Come explore the Monument area today.
