Did you know you need to prequalify your mortgagae first?  Before you begin your new home search?  If you know the realtor or real estate agent you plan to use, she can give you the most reliable information on how to choose the right lender for your home buying purpose.  Most experienced real estate agents have a list of those mortgage brokers who have proved most reliable in the past, those mortgage brokers are those who have experience, who are trustworthy, and who will be diligent in pursuing your interests.  So what to do? Call your trusted real estate broker or agent for her mortgage broker recommendation!  Happy home hunting!
