Buying A Home Today

 Buying a home today is different than yesterday and it will be different tomorrow. Buying a home today you need to know what the market is doing. Sure you like to do your own research, way to go, nice. Now ask yourself when was the last time you negotiated and closed a successful Real Estate Purchase? I'm not counting your uncle Chucks home purchase in 1974 and how he showed everyone how its done. I'm talking about how you need to beat out 6 other buyers who have made a offer on the same home you just did. How would you know how to win with the right positioning offer.  
   There you go, you need a Real Estate Agent engaged every day buying and selling homes daily. Think for a minute he or she would know what that is like? Sure, understand that for every Home Today that goes under contract and is purchased there are several other buyers who tried and did not successfully get that home with their poorly written offer.  Buying A Home Today your offer needs to be written strong right from the get go. Don't hold back in your offer to buy a home and think you can increase or strengthen a offer after the fact. The seller will take the strongest offer not ask the weaker buyer if they could be stronger. Get it?
   Don't ask for a bunch of crap like, clean up the garage or can the carpets be cleaned. Your trying to make it easy for the seller to work with your offer, not kiss your butt. Now if you are the buyer who thinks you can get away with this and insist your Realtor writes that crap in your offer to purchase a home, I feel sorry for you and your Realtor. But then you deserve each other.  Remember your purchase of $200,000 plus or where ever your purchase point is ask yourself is the carpet cleaning of $300 worth losing the home over?
   OK, there are many other pieces to a strong offer I use for my buyers and win for them. Buying a Home Today remember work with a experienced Relator in today market. Write a Strong Offer your first offer. Then don't ask for a bunch of crap that will just piss off the seller. At the very least do these things. Get with me and I'll add; Emotional effects, Strengthen your Financial Position, Make your offer look the best and a win, win for you and the seller. Just to add a few ideas. #330-929-1830
