As The New Year Approaches
How is it possible that 2016 is so close to coming to an end? It feels like just yesterday I was in TN making one of the largest closing sales I had ever done in my Real Estate career. With the encouraging out look of moving to CO and having a higher price range to sell in I saw such potential in becoming an agent here. I had fallen in December of 2015 off a roof and shattered my arm and all I could think is what was 2016 going to hold for me and my family as well as my career as an agent. I was so scared things were going to fall apart and I was going to fall to the bottom of the sales ranking. With the possibility of moving to CO in the future I knew there was no giving up or stopping just because of an injury and I had hoped furthermore that the work ahead would be just as satisfying as it had the previous years. I love all my clients. I have always found joy in helping them sell their homes or find that perfect first home. It had to continue.
Several transactions later, after having been an agent for 2+ years, I discovered, that my clients were not only money makers for me and my family but they were friends! LIFE long friends. How is it possible that what is considered a career, let alone a job, could cultivate such amazing people to cross paths? My husband and I have been so fortunate to not only gain referrals but friendships that will forever be coveted. With 2017 upon us and the change in our location of life to Colorado, I hope and pray that we will be able to establish many more lifetime friends from the passion which I have for real estate. Blessings to you and yours, Dear Clients, we love you!
