A Weary Traveler

Well, Good Morning all from a weary traveler....and just wanted to share my latest real estate adventure and how it obviously should not be done.

We own 1/2 of a casa in Loreto Baja Sur, and with our friends decided to prospect other similar home s to see if we could sell and for what amount.  A, THE, local realtor was all over this and we set up to view properties, traveling the development in a golf cart.  #1, She was late meeting us;  #2 First viewing went fine;  #3 Difficulty finding second home, and as opening door, occupant/owner arrived wnodering what was going on, had not been contacted , etc.  Uncomfortable and BAD!; #4, Golf cart had flat tire, to the ground, so out we all get to walk, my husband handicapped;  #5 Third house, once we found, also occupied and unable to view.  Walk home from a pretty useless experience.

Oh well, on it goes and hope you all have a great day!!
