A Kitchen Remodeled By Deconstruction Not Demolition

I am so excited to blog about our very first kitchen remodel  in Denver done by deconstruction and not demolition. The buyer of a beautiful home in Littleton loved most everything about the house they purchased with the exception of the kitchen. The kitchen was in perfect shape, just not the new owners taste which isn't uncommon for buyers. The buyers agent understood what The ReUse People can do for her buyers who had an objection with the house such as "I love the house but do not care for the kitchen". I was able to meet with the homeowner prior to their closing on the house, explain the deconstruction process versus demolition and the fact we donate all material salvaged to Habitat for Humanity. The homeowner loved the concept and understood how our services can help them next year by choosing deconstruction over every day demolition of house material. This service can help both the buyer and seller of homes in any market as well as the agent who can help close the sale by providing deconstruction as a solution to any objections to prepping a house to list or buy.
