"Who has my best interest in mind?"

Understanding what a Realtor provides to the general public is somewhat misunderstood. In today's fast paced Real Estate Market, there's a question I would suggest anyone who might be in the market to buy or sell a home ask themselves;

"Who has my best interest in mind?"

The internet is a wonderful tool in real estate. It provides information on available homes for sale. It can give you various data on neighborhoods, past sales, future market predictions and so on....

Tech companies have progressed with their analytics to predict on average when that homeowner will possibly sell their currrent home.  The list is endless of the amount of information one can obtain.

The one thing that is left out of the equation that technology can't provide is "Fiduciary Duty". Here's a part of great article from Inman.com regarding this topic.  “Fiduciary” is a term that refers to a legal relationship that is confidential between two parties. The relationship gives one party the right to act and make important decisions for the other party.  In the world of real estate, the real estate agent and his or her clients (buyers or sellers) participate in a fiduciary relationship."

If you or someone you know are looking to buy or sell a home, I would strongly suggest, you consider what is at stake. There are many twists and turns in the buying or selling a home. You need to have someone you can trust and be your guide through the process.

You want an agent who will have your best interest in mind.
