Not really something a lot of us think about...Actually most of us are waiting for the market to “crash,” but have no idea what would bring another crash about.  As much as I like to avoid the COVID-19 topic (too depressing), it is our reality and will have an impact on the real estate market.  

Whitney Hutten does a phenomenal job explaining unemployment and the more than likely ramifications it can have.
