I try to keep most of my posts non controversial and infomative...I feel like the topic rent control could very quickly go sideways, but feel free to leave your thoughts in the nicest manner possible. As a Realtor and investor, I'm pretty much stuck in the middle. As a regular person raising a large family and paying day to day bills plus a mortgage, I would love to see a balance in the cost of living. Now that I think about it...I believe in controlling your own payment. Figure out how much house you WANT to afford and purchase a property.
