  1. Clean and reseal grout in bathroom showers and on tile floors 

  2. Re-caulk bathtubs, showers, and sinks.

  3. Replace cabinet hardware in bathrooms and kitchen.  You may also need to replace hardware on the interior and exterior doors of your home.

  4. Update the tile around the fireplace to add a more modern look to your living room.  

  5. Add new light fixtures in bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, and foyer.  

  6. Remove the outdated popcorn ceiling.  

  7. Add crown molding in the great room and master suite.
