Valentine’s Day weekend is little Loveland’s time to shine, and each year its Sweetheart Festival draws thousands to celebrate everything love. And by love, we mean a palace of sweets, live ice sculpting, fire performances, beer hall, food trucks, and Little Miss Valentine and Little Mr. Cupid contests.
