Whether you opt for old favorites or use this week long celebration of the local dining scene as an excuse to try a new spot, you should definitely be taking advantage of Restaurant Week deals as often as possible. Some standout options: three courses (get the spicy pork ramen entree) for $25 per person from Ace Eat Serve, four courses of Italian from the recently reopened Coperta for $35, and a lobster roll, fries, clam chowder, and dessert from Maine Shack for $35.

Go to a backyard BBQ whiskey tasting

Seven Grand at Dairy Block is hosting Garrison Brothers Whiskey & BBQ Society for a special event where you’ll get to sip your way through a lineup of Texas whiskeys. And since you can’t drink on an empty stomach, they’ll also be serving up a menu of BBQ classics including beef brisket, pulled pork, sausage, apple coleslaw, beans, mac & cheese and rolls, all included in the ticket price.

Arthur Murray Center dance instructors are heading to Dairy Block for two dance lesson sessions for couples. You’ll cover swing, rumba, and more in each 30 minute session. It won’t cost ya, but you have to register ahead of time because space is limited.
