About Abby

Hi there! My name is Abby Monohan and I am a REALTOR here in Colorado. I am a Wisconsin native (GO PACK!) and relocated to Colorado in early 2018. My husband and I have a blended family of four crazy boys-- It's a circus! We have 3 dogs, Trigger (husky/German Shepard), Sparta (Italian & French Mastiff), and Echo (Purebred German Shepard). We currently live in Peyton, CO and love it.

I graduated with my associate degree in general studies from the University of Mount Olive in North Carolina the end of 2018. I have been in the real estate industry for over 6 years now and I entered into the industry through property management when I rejoined the workforce after my oldest son was born. Earning my real estate license was one of the best decisions of my life. Being a REALTOR has been everything that I thought it would be and so much more. I get the greatest joy from helping my clients buy and sell their homes in order to reach their real estate goals.

The Colorado Springs area has a large military footprint which means there is always families coming in and going out. As a seasoned military dependent I understand the stress of PCSing and I want you to know that I am in your corner 100%. Whether you are buying or selling, I am willing and ready to help!
