Listen up Florida and Texas.

FINANCIAL HURRICANE TIP: As we now live in a Federally declared disaster area if you have a Mortgage, your Mortgage Holder is required by Federal Law to give you a 3 month Forbearance on your Mortgage Payments at no cost and no credit implications, if requested. next payment is due January 2018. The 3 months are added to the back end of my loan extending the term 3 months. The Lender is required by Federal Law to give you this Forbearance if requested. Call your Lender now, no cost, no credit implications!!! Great way to reduce the Financial strain heaped upon us by Irma!!! P.S please keep in mind that you lender may have structured the forbearance plan differently. YOU MUST CALL YOUR LENDER TO USE THE PLAN.

If you need any assistance or referrals for Real Estate or mortgage/financing please let me know!

Stay strong and hopefully you and your family is safe and sound!
