Douglas County Housing Partnership will provide $15,000 of the purchase price of a home in down payment assistance for each individual or family who meets the basic requirements of the first - time homebuyer program.


Follow these 5 easy steps to home ownership with the Douglas County Housing Partnership and find your way home!


Step 1: Attend a free first time home buyer class.


Step 2: Complete a loan application with one of the approved lenders.


Step 3: Meet with DCHP to determine eligibility.


Step 4: Choose a Real Estate agent and select your home in Douglas County. 


Step 5: Close the home purchase transaction and move in!


INCOME QUALIFICATIONS


The maximum income to qualify for the first time homebuyer program:


1 person 42,950.-


2 person 49,100.-


3 person 55,250.-


4 person 61,350.-


5 person 66,300.-


6 person 71,200.-
