Denver And Colorado Springs Top Two Housing Markets Last Month Says Freddie Mac

Denver and Colorado Springs were the top two housing markets last month when it comes to housing activity growth according to Freddie Mac with a 1.85% and 1.76% increase respectively.  For the year, according to the formula used, Denver ranks 5th nationally and is the highest city outside of the state of Florida.  


With double-digit annual increases in new home mortgage application, the two largest metropolitan areas in Colorado appear poised for a strong 2016.  The entire article including the methodology used can be found here.
