At this point we are all very aware of how popular a place to live Denver has become.  Denver's population continues to swell in mass numbers, and experts suggest these trends of in-comers are only going to continue.  Now more than ever is a spectacular time to purchase your new home.  Get out of the rental cycle, quit throwing your money away every month to pay your landlord's mortgage.  As hot as the rental market is in Denver, home sales and values are trending with the same increases.  So why not make some money on your own home?!

  • Denver vacancy rates are down to an almost record low of just 4.5%.  This means that only 4.5% of ALL Denver area rentals are actually available to new renters.

  • Experts suggest that over 30,000 new residents will move to Colorado in 2015, but just under 19,000 new rental units will become available......  You do the math!

  • Interest rated remain low right now, but promises of rate increases before the year is out have already been made by the Federal Reserve.

It's a tough market out there right now, we get it!  Multiple buyers are competing for the same home, this is the reality.  So give yourself the competitive advantage of using an experienced real estate team, like The Storck Team.  Working with a knowledgeable Realtor is key, we know what questions to ask to give you the best chance possible of moving toward the closing table!
