Realtor.com has officially named the Denver real estate market as the hottest in the entire nation!  According to Realtor.com and reported statistics, homes for sale in Denver are selling 7 days faster than they were just in April 2015 and receive the most showings for each listing on average nation wide.  Realtor.com also reports that the average home sales price in Denver is $361,000 in comparison to $228,000 being the national average.
