CrossFit Two

One of the things I like best about CrossFit is how we continue to update techniques as things change.  I’ve been doing squats for over two years now.  I am pretty good at them.  However, when I try to do my overhead squat cleans, my form doesn’t work.  I am trying to adjust my squat form so as not to topple forward.  I’m sure there are more things that I need to adjust, but for now I’m concentrating on my squats.  My hips are such that my feet turn outward.  Pretty far outward.  I’m working on keeping my feet forward and still squat.  I’m working some different muscles and my balance is off.  (Not that it was ever on….)  The good news is I get to practice every single day if I wish to.  I don’t wish to, but I can.  One of the other things I enjoy about CrossFit is the variety.  Everyday is a new challenge.
