According to a new report from The Denver Business Journal these are the most affordable cities to live in Colorado.

The Colorado-based financial services and analytics website looked at a number of factors to determine the 10 most affordable places to buy a home in Colordo. They include:

  • Closing costs.

  • Annual property tax.

  • Annual homeowner’s insurance.

  • Average annual mortgage payment.

  • Median income of residents.

10. Fort Morgan. Closing Costs: $2,786. Annual Property Tax: $852. Annual Homeowner’s Insurance: $681. Avg. Annual Mortgage Payment: $6,278. Median Income: $42,733.

9. Johnstown. Closing Costs: $3,951. Annual Property Tax: $1,458. Annual Homeowner’s Insurance: $1,169. Avg. Annual Mortgage Payment: $10,742. Median Income: $72,653.

8. Fort Lupton. Closing Costs: $3,064. Annual Property Tax: $996. Annual Homeowner’s Insurance: $798. Avg. Annual Mortgage Payment: $7,342. Median Income: $50,774.

7. Firestone. Closing Costs: $4,241. Annual Property Tax: $1,606. Annual Homeowner’s Insurance: $1,288. Avg. Annual Mortgage Payment: $11,856. Median Income: $81,987.
