The Village is the fourth 55+ The Village is the fourth 55+ community that I have blogged about that is located in Highlands Ranch.  This one is also located in the Eastridge area as was the Retreat at the Links and Gleneagles Village.

There are 92 detached ranch-style patio homes ranging in size from 1350 - 2000 square feet.  Six floor plans were built all having 2 baths, attached 2 car garages and from 1 to 3 bedrooms depending upon the model.
These homes are low maintenance because they have small yards that are taken care of by the Home Owners Association.   All homes are situated on cul-de-sacs which helps to promote that feeling of community.
Residents and their guests can enjoy over 70 miles of trails that can be used for walking, riding and running.  There are 4 dog parks and many acres of open natural space.
The Village at Highlands Ranch is located just south of C - 470 on Gleneagles Parkway.  It is 1/4 mile south of Quebec Street and very close to the Highlands Ranch Town Center which provides shopping and dining opportunities.
All homes are resale because they were built in 1989 to 1993.
If you have questions about the Village at Highlands Ranch or any other real estate concerns, please call or email me.
