LeGrue’s may be known as one of the best florists in Denver but you must check them out during the holidays. It turns into a Christmas Gallery. The entire place is decorated from top to bottom. If you need to plan a party, they have that covered too with space available for rent that includes a 100 foot Christmas tree.

Larimer Square is the perfect destination to get into the holiday spirit. The storefronts are decorated by local artists, each with a different look. Shoppers will hear the sounds of Christmas Carols as they walk the streets or grab a bite to eat. This pedestrian mall is the perfect area to get the feeling for the season. With the stores and restaurants all decking the halls, the feeling in the air is magical this time of year. It’s not a permanent store but the Denver Christkindl Market is definitely a must-stop spot for holiday shoppers. The market is set up in Skyline Park. The atmosphere is what you think of when you picture holiday shopping. Vendors from Germany, Ukraine, and Ireland, as well as local artists, will be selling handmade crafts, candle, and ornaments. There is also a great selection of German food to tempt your taste buds as you listen to live music. The market runs from Thanksgiving until December 23rd.

Cherry Creek Shopping Center is a popular destination for holidays shoppers. You are greeted immediately outside by a huge Christmas tree. Inside the stores all decorated for the holidays. You will even find Santa in the mall with his own flight academy where kids can learn how to be one of Santa’s helpers on Christmas Eve. If you have a big shopping list, chances are you will be able to get it done here with 160 stores to choose from. The Highlands neighborhood is a must visit during the holidays, and well, any time of the year. It’s an older neighborhood with lots of charm decked out with a lot of holiday spirit. It’s a great place to grab a cup of coffee, do some shopping and enjoy the holiday season.
