Thousands of people each year dream of becoming a homeowners.  The NHF Platinum Program may help that dream become reality.

The NHF Platinum home buyer assistance program currently provides eligible families and individuals with a grant that does not have to be repaid.   The grant (up to 5% of the loan amount) can be used towards down payments or closing costs.  Many times this assistance allows home buyers to purchase much sooner than they thought.

The NHF Platinum Program is available for the purchase of an owner occupied principle residence, including condominiums and planned unit developments, located in the state of Colorado. The Program is available for purchase of both new and existing  home as is not limited to first time home buyers.
