Centennial CO Home Prices Recovery In 2013

Centennial, CO homeowners living in the 80015 zip code are experiencing a 24% increase in value on an average home price of $250,000 since the financial crisis of 2008. Price per square foot has increased by 16% and over all home sales are up 21% too. 

Home sales and prices are approaching normal levels, but inventory is still well below normal market numbers. Current active listing inventory in 80015 is 63% lower than January 2009.
Houses in Centennial, and south East Aurora, CO are in demand by the buying public.  Mortgage i
nterest rates are hovering around 4.5%. Buyers are still able to purchase more home for their money. With award winning Cherry Creek Schools, Southlands Shopping Mall and close proximity to RTD Light Rail makes 80015 a desirable area. 
Centennial homeowners who have sat on the sidelines can benefit from this recovery. If you bought your home in 2010 or 2011 most likely are in a great position to sell for a profit.
